You are given a square matrix of size N x N. Your task is to determine if you can make the sum of its main diagonal equal to the sum of its anti-diagonal by performing at most one operation.

The allowed operation is to choose a single row or a single column and multiply all of its elements by -1.
If they are already equal, output -1 -1. If a solution is found, print R index or C index. Prioritize rows over columns, and smallest index first. If impossible, print IMPOSSIBLE.
